Rick Hearst, who plays devilish Ric Lansing on 'General Hospital', is still in contract negotiations with the producers, according to various reports. Should Hearst make the decision to stay with 'General Hospital', word is that his contract may be downgraded. Whether that means less money and recurring status or just less money isn't known.

(1) Dolores Suisman says:

I hope they do not cancel General Hospital but I wish they would cancel some of the actors. I’m to the point that I actual turn
off the TV when Scotty Baldwin or Carly come on screen. They have outlived their usefulness on this show and just drag it down
by being so boring. I’m alsol very bored with the Robin-baby story line. It is so unrealistic.

I wish they’d return General HOSPITAL to being about the hospital and the Doctors and Nurses in it, and stop being ‘Soapranos’ the daytime Mafia series. All of this gangster garbage has been going on WAY to long.
