Lisa LoCicero Put on Contract

Kate Howard is out of the picture, but it looks as though her cousin Olivia Falconeri will be around for some time to come.
Lisa LoCicero, who plays Olivia, has been put on contract by General Hospital. LoCicero's portrayal of the tough gal from Bensonhurst was an immediate hit with the fans, so this announcement comes as no surprise.
Olivia is currently involved with the younger Johnny Zacchara, setting Port Charles abuzz, but the show seems to be trending toward a triangle consisting of Johnny-Olivia-Sonny. Olivia's and Sonny's son, Dante, has just hit town.
Let the entanglements begin.

I think Olivia is the best match for Sonny since, dare I say it, Brenda.
Bringing Dante/Dominick into the mix will prove to be interesting. Curious to know why he has two names. Could it be Dante is really a Fed? Will Sonny’s own son bring him down?
I am thinking Dante/Dominic is a Fed. But how long can he hide that in a small town?? Especially when his mother is as nosy as Olivia is.
Kate?? What happened?? Is she in the closet waiting to be dusted off, or is she gone for good?? And what about the magazine?? The girls running it?? An explanation would be nice.
It was a given iMO that Olivia would be put on contract. She is good. And I could see that from the start.
Thank God they are keeping ONE of the cast members who as talent around! I love Lisa as Olivia. And lets keep the relationship w/her and Johnny, SMOKING!!
Great more Sonny stories, just the ticket to make sure GH remians the turkey it has become. No wonder Jason and Elizabeth can’t be a family with the boys. Jason does not have the time, with looking out for Sonny, Carly, Michael, Morgan, Kistina, and Sonny’s baby with Claudia, Carly’s baby with Jax, and now Dante, another of Sonny’s kids. Wow Jason has a full life.
I am so happy Lisa has been put on contract!! I have been a fan of hers since her role as Jocelyn on The City. She’s even better as Olivia so I hope her story continues to grow. I wouldn’t mind her in a triangle with Sonny and just b/c Sonny is involved in her story does not make it mob related. For years Sonny/Brenda/Jax were in a triangle and while there were bits of mob thrown in the story really revolved around the relationships. I hope that’s the road that GH takes with Johnny/Olivia/Sonny if they are really headed towards a triangle.
I will miss Kate if she’s gone for good, but I think she’s on recurring so maybe we’ll still see her around from time to time. I don’t see how Sonny’s feeling for her have completely evaporated. I think it would make sense to find a place for Kate in that story.
I am so happy about the character of Olivia! I like that she gives Sonny a run for his money and I can’t wait for her beat the you know what out of Claudia. However, I do not like what they did to Kate’s character. Megan Ward is a great actress… I liked the character of Kate until they decided to make her unwatchable.
Good job GH! Lisa is really good as Olivia AND she is sooooo HOT!! I know Brandon Barash (Johnny) has to love kissing her!!

Putting lisa LoCuckoo what a slap in the face to Kate fans. The ratings continue to downslide, Yet on youtube a Skate video has over one million hits. and they pue Megan on recur, please what a disgrace, now instead of the Bad Claudia we are being given the Good Claudia, I for one do not want to see Sonny with his female counter-part, that’s what made Skate so watchable the differance, this was not the same women we have Claudia, Olivia, and Carly for that role, this show will go futher down UNLESS TPTB listen Or better yet get rid of Fronsie, Phelpsie, Guzasa, (sorry but they are soooo Stupid) and so unable to admit the mistake they have made, watch how low the ratings go when they put Sam & Jason togather again, the whole show has become a re-wind…
I was a Kate fan in the beginning. I think having her leave the show or putting her on recurring status is such a waste with the current stoylines. I mean Kate knows about Claudia’s involvement with Mikey’s shooting, She knows about Dante, She has this magazine mystery that has just been left hanging…GH is wasting talent and opportunity by having her leave.
I HATE Sonny these days. He is a LOUSE! Poor Claudia. I hope she does not lose her baby because of stupid Michael and his erratic behavior. I like Christina and the storyline that is happening to her. I hope they don’t kill off Alexis. We need some HAPPINESS in GH. Isn’t the world full of enough sadness???
Im glad olivia is gonna be on for a long time..she is a great contribution to GH,she and Johnny just sizzle…you go girl!!
Loving Jolivia. I hope Johnny wins out over Sonny. Sonny is so redundant and last year. Jolivia runs circles around Sonny/Olivia’s lack of chemistry as a couple, they’re good as friends however.
