Is There too Much Violence on 'General Hospital'?
Happy Birthday 'General Hospital'
It was 45 years ago today that our television screens were lit up with the antics of the doctors, nurses, and staff of General Hospital. Many felt that the serial wouldn't last much more than a year, but nearly a half century of programming has proven them wrong. It's popularity had pushed it from a 30 minute spot in the 60's to today's full hour episodes, a scripted wedding written up in Time Magazine, and a spin off 'Port Charles' to boot. So in honor of it's 45th birthday, let's take a stroll down memory lane.Photos for the Week of March 31, 2008

Jax wants to keep Morgan and Michael away from Sonny, Claudia makes sure she has an alibi for her upcoming hit on Sonny, and if that's not enough, Carly stands her ground with Claudia. Hold your breath though as the verdict comes down for Monica.Preview in Photos for the Week of March 24, 2008
A Time to be Born
Nikolas Needs Her
I saw this coming from the moment Nadine walked into General Hospital. I knew she wasn't coming into GH merely as a hospital staff filler. I knew she wasn't going to be Spinelli's angel. I knew she wasn't there to clear her sister's name…no, her true destiny was and always has been to help Nikolas recover from his illness, from his loss of Emily. Nadine and Nikolas are meant to be. It's almost mystical isn't it? Like God took one angel from Nikolas and sent him another. I feel all warm and tingly inside, don't you? Okay, all kidding aside, I really do like where this Nadine and Nikolas union is heading.A Night at the Movies
