- Keep your comments short, positive and to the point.
- When talking about actors, do not make unfavorable comparisons with other actors.
- Negative comments are interpreted by networks as POSITIVES. Why? It means you're watching the show and have a strong opinion. Therefore, if you want Elizabeth and Jason together, for instance, it's best to say: "I want the love story of Elizabeth and Jason back on the air," rather than "I hate Jason with Sam, put Elizabeth and Jason together."
- If you receive a response, and it doesn't address your suggestion or complaint, such as a form letter that is sent to everyone who writes, don't be afraid to try another address or email.
- All communication venues are important - that means not just email and phone calls, but regular mail, too.
