Spinelli winds up in the emergency room at GH after fainting. Maxie is very concerned; when Matt flippantly comments that Spinelli might have a brain tumor, she is furious. While she's at it, she lets Jason have it for not protecting Spinelli, who worships Jason.
Hmm....The normally self-absorbed Dr. Hunter is very interested when he hears Robin and Patrick are having a girl. Maxie notices and asks him why.
Johnny walks into the apartment. Lulu is very quiet - a little too quiet. She's not in Laura-land yet, as she is adamant that Johnny not turn himself in because of her. Johnny goes out again, and Lourdes shows up like the proverbial bad penny. She starts in about how she's sure that Johnny didn't kill Logan. Lulu then sees Logan and goes berserk, terrifying Lourdes. Serves the little brat right.
Trevor goes to see Sonny and informs him that a mob war is a-brewin', courtesy of Anthony, if Johnny doesn't come home soon and remain a free man. Kate walks in on both of them. She demands to know why Trevor is there, and Sonny tells her that the Lulu/Johnny situation involves Jason. That certainly wouldn't explain it to my satisfaction. A strung-out Alexis is next on Sonny's visitor list today. She reports that Anthony threatened Kristina, and she's worried about being able to exonerate Johnny. Why didn't she go to Jerry again? He plays real dirty.
Speaking of Jerry, it's time for him to make Kate even more of a wreck than she already is. He warns her that she's in danger because Sonny's enemies will always be after him. Alexis later tells Jerry that he scares her sometimes. Alexis, is it the Mr. Craig stuff? He'd scare anyone. For whatever reason, she doesn't tell him about Kristina. That's a turnabout.
Jax comes home, but is it for long? Carly's joy turns to major unhappiness when Jax announces that he isn't sure they should be married any longer. Enraged, Carly tears into him verbally and is so overcome, she falls. Jax thinks she's going for the sympathy vote, but she really did something to her ankle.
Robin attempts to calm an anxious Patrick the prospect of having a little girl. He's not sure he can handle a daughter. Robin paints a scenario for him where he's playing with Barbie dolls with their child. When she runs into Jason, Robin tells him her good news.
