Patrick is extremely nervous since learning that the baby is a girl. It's the Don Juan in him that's projecting what it will be like when his little girl is little no longer. Now that he's on the father side of it, it's a little different. When Anna sees him with Leyla, she thinks he's might want to cheat on Robin. Robin explains to her mother that the baby is a girl, and Patrick is preparing by being solicitous of women. Anna is very excited to hear she's going to be grandmother to a little girl.
Liz drops in on Sam to see how she's doing. Lucky is grateful for her help. He tells Sam that she needs to leave Karpov's employment immediately. Sam has other ideas. As an injured employee, this should show Karpov that she's loyal and bring her that much closer to the counterfeit drugs. Elizabeth advises Sam to listen to Lucky.
The ghost of Logan has joined Lulu at Shadybrook. Now he's cast in a blue light. Nikolas talks quietly to Lulu, attempting to calm her. The Quartermaines and Alice visit with muffins. No Tracy, though.
When she's feeling better, Lulu goes to see Laura and talks to her. It's still a broom or dummy with a blonde wig. Lucky arrives and tells Lulu that when he went through his drug rehab, he had to let people help him; he counsels Lulu to do the same. She has a stubborn streak in her, but maybe she'll take the advice.
After Lucky, Scott Baldwin arrives at Shadybrook. He accuses Lulu of faking her hallucinations and claims that he's going to send Johnny up the river by using her. How nice for an agitated person to have to listen to this. I see Shadybrook is just as easy to get in and out of as ever.
Nikolas exits Shadybrook and runs into Claudia. The two commisserate about the problems they have, she with Johnny, and he with Lulu. Nikolas acts cool with her, not betraying his true feelings about the situation. When Nadine goes to Wyndemere to see how he is, he yells at her and says that she shouldn't care about him. Nadine just stands firm; Nikolas gives her a kiss she won't easily forget. His motive? To freak her out? To see if she's sincere? Who knows. I'm sure she enjoyed it, though.
Claudia goes to the Port Charles Police Department to see Johnny. She starts haranguing about Lulu again, but Johnny tells her to leave if she's going to diss Lulu. It must be pointed out that Johnny seems to have the same arrangement with the cops as Sonny and Jason - I guess it's afforded all mobsters or children of same. He asks the guard to leave, and the guard leaves. And there's no "time is up" either. If she hadn't been so irritating, Claudia could have stayed all day.
Anthony is still getting his kicks threatening little Kristina. Like Alexis doesn't know that he wants the charges against Johnny dropped. Desperate, the harried DA appeals to Johnny, with photos of her daughters, and begs him to plead guilty. Not sure that's what Anthony had in mind. How is this furthering his wishes?
Jason is unnerved by almost shooting Karpov's daughter and tells Bernie about it. Bernie says that Karpov needs to go - now. Jason realizes that is the road Sonny would take. For now, he's having Karpov followed. Sasha arrives with a similar agenda as she had with Sonny - on the make. This time, she takes it a step further (no girlfriend to louse things up) by beginning to undress.
