Lulu is desperate to see Johnny, and uses her wiles to telephone him while he's in jail. However, Scott terminates the call. She can't get any assistance from Lucky. He blames Johnny for her current condition.
Johnny is concerned about Lulu and misses her screaming at Logan's ghost and staring out the window. He demands that Claudia help him to see his beloved. Claudia is unsympathetic. She tells her bro that he's looking at being convicted and advises him to stay clear of Looney Lu.
Nadine confesses to Elizabeth that, try as she might, she can't compete with a dead woman, meaning Emily. Elizabeth urges her to keep trying with Nikolas. Later on, Liz advises Nikolas to act more like a person than Hamlet. Nikolas decides to try acting more human, so he invites Nadine to Windermere. Whoa - Nikolas has created a very romantic ambiance with candles, dinner, the whole works.
Robin wonders what Patrick and Epiphany have their heads together about - could it be he wants Robin to have early maternity leave? No. Patrick's is then heard over the PA system announcing that he loves Robin. Robin is with a patient at the time, and like any committed doctor, bolts and heads for the nurses' station. A crowd including Mac, Anna and GH staff have formed, all to hear Patrick propose marriage.
Despite Jason's protests to the opposite, Spinelli for reasons of his own thinks something is going on between Jason and the fair Sasha. He and Maxie set out to see if they can catch Sasha and Karpov locked in an embrace, as a sign to Jason that Sasha isn't faithful to him. So it's time for another stakeout. This is a pretty pathetic excuse for a stakeout, and Maxie realizes it. She also understands her friend. Off they go.
Karpov, meanwhile, is busy wooing Kate by sending her a Faberge music box as a wedding gift. Sonny is then compelled to inform the impressed Kate that Karpov is nothing but a mobster, one, of course, with whom Sonny has no involvement. Kate naturally doesn't listen to the rumblings in her stomach and lets that go by. Sonny is going to return the gift to the Big K. As he arrives at Karpov's to do so, Karpov is at that moment having a meeting with Jerry.
