Spinelli and Jason continue to talk while Spin's files are being copied by someone. Spinelli thinks Jason should team with Sonny and go against the Russians. Jason says the escalation of violence is Sonny's fault, and it led to Michael's kidnapping.
Claudia wants to know what's with Sonny's sudden show of affection. She doesn't trust it. He wants to solidify their marriage, but why? Does he want to go up against Jason? Why? Sonny tells Claudia that he feels betrayed because Jason knew what his children meant to him, yet he sided with Carly to take them away. Anthony is announced, and wants to speak with Sonny privately, but Sonny refuses to let Claudia leave. Sonny is planning to move shipments through Jason's territory while Jason fights the Russians. He can't fight the Zaccharas and the Russians - he doesn't have the manpower. By the time Jason is aware of anything, Sonny will have taken over a good part of Jason's territory.
Standing in Lulu's bedroom, Maxie admits that okay, Lulu and Johnny weren't having sex then, but it's a possibility in the future. She wants to set ground rules. Lulu can't wear her clothes or eat her food, and Johnny needs to pay a third of the rent. Lulu objects. Johnny is fine with it.
Lucky and Sam had a dinner date, but she isn't at her place, so Lucky goes to see his dad at the Haunted Star. The two talk about relationships and the problems that arise when one party wants a steady, secure life, and the other one wants to live on the edge.
Special Agent Rainer shows up at Jason's for a talk. Jason, he says, was pulled into the mob by Sonny when he really didn't know what he was doing. He was fresh from his accident and wasn't competent to make a decision. He offers Jason immunity not only for past crimes - an expunged record - but future crimes - if Jason will roll over on Sonny. He won't even need to testify. The Feds just want information. Jason says he needs to discuss it with his attorney. Like he's going to go for it.
Alexis shops up at the Haunted Star to see Luke. They, too, discuss relationships. Alexis points out that it can't be easy for Tracy to know that Luke still loves Laura.
Anthony leaves; Claudia thanks Sonny for the way he treated her in front of her father - but she's still suspicious of his motives. Sonny asks what it will take to make the marriage work for them. Well, we know what it will take for the marriage to work for Claudia.
Johnny is treating Lulu and Maxie to Chinese food, which he goes to get with Lulu. When they return, they hear lovemaking sounds from Maxie's room. They think she's with Spinelli, but there's Spinelli walking into the apartment.
Sam tries to call Jason from her hiding place to warn him, but there's no answer. When she looks up from her cell, Sasha's men are standing there. Oh-oh.
