Johnny, meanwhile, argues with Claudia about marrying Sonny. He's afraid that she'll talk in her sleep and let it slip that she shot Michael. Claudia is high on the power she'll have, and she's willing to take the risk.
Spinelli is miserable because he couldn't shoot the Russians who hut Maxie. Jason says that becoming a killer would have changed Spinelli for the worse. Right now, he emphasizes, they can't afford any mistakes, as the situation with the Russians is an uneasy one.
Liz and Sam start for the cabin but get a flat tire along the way. The Tattoo Man is following them. Not only that, but sending a couple of women and kids to a secluded cabin is not my idea of going into hiding. They would have been safer at the MetroCourt.
Jax arrives at Wyndemere to throw his plans for Spoon Island and Nikolas' home in Nikolas' face. Carly advises Nikolas as to what has gone on between the two of them, but Nikolas has had Jax pull nasty things on him before. She advises him to act as if he's not upset because Jax obviously wants to push his buttons. In Jax's presence, Carly suggests that Nikolas sell his shares of the Metrocourt back to her and that Jax cancel his Spoon assault, but he's not interested.
Back at the Q manse, Tracy imbibes while her ghostly brother Alan bothers her about Luke. Everything is Luke this and Luke that, from Edward, Monica, Alice and Lulu, until Tracy screams that Luke no longer lives there. Right on cue, Luke enters. He soon learns that his charm isn't working on Tracy - when they're alone, she advises him to chase after Laura.
Olivia pays Jason a visit and asks him to allow Sonny back into the organization, otherwise, it's not going to be a beautiful thing. Jason won't lift a finger, of course. Ric comes by with the same suggestion.
Anthony tells Johnny and Claudia that Sonny is in, and that Claudia should meet with Sonny. Johnny is against the whole thing and says that Claudia is trying to win their father's approval.
Milo messes with his brother Max by telling him that Maximus is coming to town, which is untrue. Sonny walks in and announces that he's marrying Claudia. Max thinks it's a mistake, but Sonny insists that he's in control. He goes on to say that he now has doubts about Karpov shooting Kate - even as Karpov was dying, he denied it. If Karpov didn't do it, then it was someone in the Zacchara organization. By being on the inside, he'll be in a better position to find out.
A depressed Johnny drinks at Jake's and talks to Lulu about being a Zacchara. It may be time to just quit being one.
Claudia arrives at Sonny's and suggests that he propose to her. Olivia is outside watching - boy, she's everywhere these days. So she sees him throw a ring box into Claudia's lap and ask her to marry him.
Sam and Elizabeth reach the cabin, and Elizabeth calls Jason. He's wondering if a safe house wouldn't be better after all. Unfortunately, at that moment, he's arested for the warehouse fire and a few murders. Sam goes out to get firewood, but she's uneasy and goes back inside. She thinks the Russians are around. Then they realize the telephone lines have been cut.
