Mac visits Robin at the hospital and brings her chocolate chip cookies. They talk about the fact that Patrick refused her proposal of marriage. He then handcuffs Patrick and arrests him for turning down Robin.
Nikolas tries again with Nadine. She's hard at work at the clnic, and he says he wished she had come back to Wyndemere the previous night. She starts prattling on about the pain medication she took that didn't work. She's making a mess of the whole thing. One point she managed to make to Nikolas in between the jibberish is that there are still counterfeit drugs and they ought to continue their investigation. I suppose at that point, he just doesn't know what to say. There is one clue that Matt remembers - seeing a dragon-type design on the black shows of the person who torched the clinic. Nadine knows she's seen those shoes before. She goes over to the MetroCourt, dons a maid's uniform and breaks into Jerry Jacks' room. I don't know, does she have guts or is she just stupid? He's the last person whose room I'd break into. She rifles through his closet; she hears him come in and stays there. He knows someone has been in his room and yanks her out of the closet.
On the main floor of the Metrocourt, Carly is hard at work on the new spa as Jax watches her. They begin to talk and laugh like civilized people unti Alexis arrives, evidently to discuss the divorce. Alexis is determined that just because Jax has had his heart broken, that doesn't mean that Carly should fleece his wallet too. Jax, she thinks, wants to be too generous. Nikolas arrives for a meeting with Carly, and Jax tries to throw him out. Carly has decided that she wants to sell half of her shares to Nikolas and continue to stay involved. She does not want the hotel in Montreal, which is what Alexis wanted Jax to give her. She doesn't want to move. "Neither do I," Jax declares. Hmmm...and why would that be?
Max is trying to tell Jason something, but Jason is preoccupied with the whole Sonny situation, and then he gets a call from Elizabeth to please meet her. Diane enters, and Jason assigns her to figuring out what it is Max wants. He leaves. Max tells Diane that his father is the great mobster Maximus Giambetti. She, like Jason, is shocked. Don't tell me no one made the connection before now. I guess not.
Jason meets Elizabeth in her art studio, and she returns the ticket to Italy. They're both obviously very upset about what happened. Elizabeth doesn't understand why Jason won't return the business to Sonny. Jason explains that Sonny isn't thinking clearly and people will wind up dead if he gives him the organization. Then the truth comes out - Jason believes himself to be a bad man undeserving of any happiness. That's the main reason he can't be with Elizabeth.
Lucky, Sam and the boys arrive at Elizabeth's place after the camping trip and put the kids to bed. Elizabeth walks in on them making out. After her scene with Jason, it's bound to depress and annoy her.
When Jason gets back to his office, it's no longer his. Max is sitting at his desk, surrounded by Milo, Diane and a big guy, Maximus Giambetti. He's already made a pass at Diane and is criticizing the way Max is runnning the organization. That's right, Max. Since Maximus was deported, his sons never believed he'd visit Port Charles. Well, he's visiting now, and Jason has been reduced to a mere lackey!
