Emily takes Nikolas on an outing, which ends unexpectedly; Alexis meets Connor; Jason finds Sam; everyone tries to throw everyone else out of The Cellar; Faith appeals to Alcazar; Jax makes an indecent suggestion to Carly; Carly and Faith get physical.
Emily, still in her outfit from Jason's wedding, takes Nikolas to Wyndemere. As Connor, he's surprised that Emily would have ever found any comfort there. "It's dark and forbidding - everything you're not!" he exclaims. However, he finds Nikolas' favorite room not so bad. Nikolas again surprises himself with his knowledge of Russian nobility. "It's knowledge I'm not supposed to have," he says. Unexpectedly, Alexis enters. "Nikolas!" she says, surprised. Emily calmly brings her over to meet Connor. Alexis controls the look on her face as they meet. "Why did you call me Nikolas?" he asks. "A trick of the eye," she assures him. "When I walked in and saw you standing by the fireplace, for a minute I thought you were Nikolas." Emily asks him to look outside for her cell phone. She apologizes to Alexis for shocking her. Alexis grabs Emily's hands. "Are you sure this is the right way to handle this?" she asks. Emily is sure; the therapy is working. Nikolas returns, and Alexis says her goodbyes. "Did you get me out of the room! to ask Nikolas' aunt what she thought of me?" he asks. "I thought I was being smooth," she says with a laugh. She reiterates that he can't push his therapy. She mentions Nikolas and the stroke he had, and how he was able to trust her because she was a gawky teenager. Finally, in time, he was able to communicate. She speaks of the evolution of their relationship later. "He wanted you," Nikolas says. "You scared him at first." He moves closer to her. "You were no longer harmless." "How do you know?" she whispers. "I just do," he says. "Were you surprised when he first kissed you?" He strokes her cheek. "Did you know he was going to kiss you?" "Not until it happened," Emily says, barely able to breathe. Nikolas kisses her.
Lucky appears at Skye's at her request, admitting he's not sure why he came. "You're Luke's son - that means you're fair," she says. She again insists that she's innocent. She talks about visiting Laura, how Laura was out of it every time she saw her. "Did that make you happy?" Lucky snaps. "No," Skye says. "It made me unspeakably sad for both of them. But it told me that Luke and I could have something that was different from what he had with Laura. I am not threatened by their relationship, Lucky. I have no motive. Don't just accept he's with Laura. What if someone is after both of them and is framing me?" Suddenly, she cries out, "It's her!" as a woman walks by the window. Lucky runs to investigate. When Skye comes out onto the porch, he says he couldn't find her, and accuses Skye of setting up the situation. "I don't believe you," he says. "And I hope the jury doesn't."
After stopping by Jason's, Courtney heads for The Cellar. Upon seeing Faith, she warns her that Carly doesn't want her there. Faith won't leave and instead, taunts Courtney about Jason. "You thought love would change him and you were wrong," Faith says, walking away.
Jax tells Carly that he'll wait for Courtney. He intimates that it is she who is in love with Jason and wants him at her beck and call. She accuses him of using Courtney. "You want what Jason loves and to rub his face in it," she says. Jax moves closer, suggesting that if she wants to get back at Sonny, she should go to bed with him. He's practically on top of her when Courtney walks in. "What are you doing?" she asks, sounding bored. "Jax tried to seduce me," Carly says. "It deteriorated into a game of chicken," Jax counters. Courtney asks both of them to leave. She's exhausted. "We were bluffing," Carly says. "Go away," Courtney reiterates. Jax departs. Carly, of course, stays and asks if Courtney saw Jason. "No," Courtney says, "he went after Sam." Carly apologizes for sending her there. "Let it go," Courtney begs. "We're divorced and all of this trying to get us together hurts both of us." "Okay," Carly says with a sigh. "But what are you doing with Jax?" "Getting $10 million for my foundation," is her answer. "He's a friend. I'm not going to fall in love with him."
