Nikolas Has Second and Third Thoughts about Emily: The Sequel
Nikolas moves in to kiss Rebecca, but then pulls away. Rebecca understands that he can't kiss her at Emily's grave. Nikolas says that he just can't see her anymore. Every time he looks at her, he's looking at Emily, and he can't hurt her in that way. Rebecca is understandably miffed, pointing out that she told Nikolas to keep away from her, and it was his decision to go after her. Turns out she was right.
Nikolas walks away, and Rebecca goes to Emily's grave. She tells her sister that it must be remarkable to be loved so completely. Monica shows up and hears Nikolas say that she has to give up Nikolas. Monica urges her not to, that Nikolas needs her to get him out of his depression over losing Emily. Monica goes to see Nikolas, too, and encourages him to be happy.
Ethan shows up at GH to see Rebecca, and Elizabeth spots him and tells Lucky. Rebecca tells Ethan that it's more difficult for her now that everyone knows who she is. Elizabeth wants Lucky to see if he can discover a link between Rebecca and Ethan. Lucky isn't convinced there's anything there - "there they are, in plain sight - almost as if they have nothing to hide," he points out.
Nikolas finally calls Rebecca and invites her over. When she arrives, he says that he has something planned, but he'd like her to wear a special dress. He shows her a huge box and opens it - the look on Rebecca's face is priceless.
Teens Drink at Jake's
Michael is en route to his physical therapy, but when Carly says that she'll drive him, he states that he's called a cab. Jax offers next, but Michael turns that down too. Michael leaves, and Carly announces that she's going to the hospital. Jax stops her. He warns her that if she shows up at the hospital, Michael will think she doesn't trust him. "I do trust him," Carly objects. "Well," Jax says, "following his cab to the hospital isn't the way to show it." He promises her a surprise if she'll stay home. She agrees. He leaves, and Olivia appears at the door. Olivia tells Carly about Sonny walking in on her and Johnny and losing his temper. She asks Carly to get Sonny to leave her alone. She's afraid he will put Johnny in danger. Carly is positive that Sonny would never hurt Johnny.
Jax returns home, and Oivia departs. He asks Carly to be upstairs in ten minutes. He's prepared a sensuous bath with rose petals and gives her a beautiful necklace. Very romantic. Very hot.
Michael walks into Jake's and orders a beer after threatening the bartender by dropping the name Sonny Corinthos. Johnny is at Jake's, too, playing Chopin. He and Johnny play some pool. Kristina enters with her boyfriend, and manages to get a drink, too, with her fake ID. How anyone could think she's 21 is beyond me. And I wouldn't want to be giving drinks to the D.A.'s daughter. Kiefer is incredibly insulting to Michael, who takes a swing at him. They end up in a full-scale fight. Michael falls against the piano bench and hits his head. Great for a healing head injury. Kristina runs to his side.
Claudia Makes Another Questionable Move
Johnny is fixing Olivia's car, with help from Olivia, when he grabs her and kisses her, just as Sonny arrives and has a fit. Olivia storms out after telling Sonny to mind his own business. Sonny explains to Johnny that he needs him to accompany Jason to a meeting of some Zacchara lieutenants who apparently want to defect. Johnny accepts.
Claudia makes a call to Uncle Rudy and puts a hit out on Jason, to be executed during the lieutenant meetings. She's no sooner hung up than Jason is behind her. Jason advises her to watch herself, because he knows she's responsible for Michael's shooting. He says he'll get proof. I thought he had proof, he just wasn't telling Sonny. When Sonny walks in, they're arguing. Sonny tells Claudia to get Johnny out of control and keep him away from Olivia. Claudia's furious with Johnny and leaves for the garage. Sonny tells Jason that he wants Johnny to accompany him to this meeting, but that he doesn't trust him at all.
At the garage, Claudia informs Johnny of the hit. She wants him to make sure that he doesn't get hurt. Johnny is shocked.
Robin Meets the Mayor's Wife
Robin interrupts Patrick and Andrea, who is trying to convince Patrick to settle the malpractice suit out of court. Robin leaves them alone. Patrick finds out from Robin later that Andrea did know the mayor was having an affair, though she claimed otherwise. It seems as if Andrea could be the one calling the shots here - when she speaks with her husband, she advises him to keep quiet and let her take care of it.
