At Johnny's garage, Michael is angry with Jason's attitude toward him. Why could Jason join the mob if he can't? Johnny actually offers the answer - Jason couldn't remember anything when he woke up, and to put it bluntly, Sonny took advantage of the situation and made him a hit man. Jason explains that he wants something better for Michael. He brings Michael back to Sonny's and announces that Michael enjoyed himself running off a hit man and thinks he might like to do it for a living. Sonny is adamant. No.
While all this is going on, Johnny is outside. He's there to help Claudia, who has Dominic in her bedroom. Meanwhile, Kristina has walked into Claudia's room and seen Dominic. Dominic wants Kristina to find him some car keys. As she sneaks down the stairs, she's stopped cold as she hears her mother, Sonny, and Claudia arguing about her. Alexis doesn't want her at Sonny's house, because she believes it puts her daughter in danger. Kristina then feels as if Alexis hates Sonny, and therefore, must hate part of her as well. Dominic promises he won't tell anyone he saw her, and vice versa. Just as he's ready to escape, Claudia walks in. She pretends not to know who he is and demands to know why he's in her room with her stepdaughter.
Carly tells Jax about the walk in the woods, and as predicted, he goes through the roof. Jax repeats his own conversation with Jason, that the mob violence is going to escalate. He believes the man Carly, Morgan, and Michael met is part of the mob trouble. Carly is concerned. Michael can't live in Sonny's house. Jax suggests that he go away to school, but Carly shoots that down. To Michael, it will be like the aftercare center, and she won't abandon him. He should come back and live with them. Jax points out that it won't work. Michael is too much of a loose canon. Then, says Carly, it's the Quartermaines for Michael.
Robin and Patrick see Andrea slap Matt, and then Ric drag her away. Patrick approaches Ric about taking the malpractice suit against Diane. Diane walks in and serves Matt and Patrick with papers. While Diane is there, Ric answers that he can't take the case because he's leaving Port Charles, having received an offer he can't refuse. Diane reports this to Alexis. Ric informs Claudia (who for some reason is at the hospital) that he's leaving, but he promises that if the baby is his, she'll hear from him. He gets into the elevator and says, "I'll be back."
Maxie is shocked when she walks into Spinelli's office and catches him in an embrace with a woman - Mercedes! "It's always the nanny!" Maxie exclaims. Spinelli hastens to explain that he helped Mercedes' cousin, and she's grateful. Patrick and Robin drop by, and Spinelli tells them that he can help prove that Brianna was murdered. The mayor, it seems, transferred $100,000 into her bank account. Blackmail? They wonder. That would give the mayor a motive. Robin wants to bring the information to Uncle Mac, but Maxie warns her against it. Great, so all they need to do now is come forward. Maxie stops them. First of all, Spinelli just broke the law - again. And Patrick and Robin could be named accessories. I'm not following that logic - she went to be treated at the hospital, and as far as anyone knew at that moment, there was no crime. Well, it's GH after all.
Elizabeth asks Nikolas to sponsor Cameron for something involving jogging. Nikolas agrees and offers to pay $100 per lap, but Elizabeth doesn't think that's a good idea - after all, the kids are supposed to be working to raise the money. Nikolas then suggests that Rebecca donate, but Elizabeth doesn't want that either.
