Carly and the Car
Carly is irate that Sonny purchased such an expensive sports car for Michael. Michael, of course, loes it. Sonny believes it's okay for Michael, who does not have his license, to drive to the end of the driveway, but Carly is adamant. The car goes back. Michael has a fit and goes inside the house.
Carly appeals to Jason, showing him the outlandish vehicle, and asks that he remove it. He refuses. It is a gift from Sonny, and Carly needs to figure it out with him. Carly marches into Sonny's and declares that Michael will be moving in with the Quartermaines. Sonny has something to say about that. NO WAY.
Alexis' Reputation Takes a Hit
At PCPD, Alexis is mortified as the mayor announces that they were lovers, and that she is a woman scorned. Kristina stares at her mother, shocked by the announcement. Robin gets her out of there. Alexis keeps a stiff upper lip and announces that she has no comment except about the actual case. She does agree, after being pressed by the reporters, to recuse herself from the case when a replacement is fount. Alexis confides in Patrick that she has enough to get the mayor indicted for Brianna's murder. She also tells him that she and the mayor had a one-night stand, not an affair - the night she found Sam and Ric sleeping together, and right after she had chemo. Patrick and Robin talk about the murder. Both are nervous about the mayor - it seemed too easy. They're concerned that Spinelli is correct and that someone else killed Brianna.
Michael drops in to see Kristina, having gotten a ride from Max. He complains about the car, and Kristina tells him that her mother is a slut, having slept with the mayor. After all, she has three children by three different mothers, Kristina points out. All she ever hears about are morals and grades, but Alexis can't live up to anything she says. Alexis walks in and comments that Michael really shouldn't be there. Kristina informs her mother that she has no business dictating anything to her.
Spinelli Resists
Maxie knocks on Spinelli's door, asking him why he didn't want to have sex; does he have performance anxiety? Spinelli wasn't going to let her in, but rather than have his love life broadcast throughout the hallway, he admits her. He denies any performance problems. They've had sex twice, and each time, problems have resulted later on. He would like to avoid that happening again. Maxie says that she's changed, affirming that Spinelli is the one for her. He and Maxie do wind up kissing on the couch, and it looks like it might be going further until Jason arrives. Spinelli is relieved, which upsets and confuses Maxie.
Jason Has Some Nice Moments with the Qs
At the Quartermaines, Edward has just made his pronouncement that Jason needs to move back into the house as an example to Michael. Jason takes it calmly. He says that he would love to be there with Michael, but he wouldn't want to put the people he loves in danger. It's too late for him, but not for Michael. Poor Monica is in tears when he leaves, as is Edward. He's really all they have left. The good thing is, Michael's waking up has helped Jason understand how his family felt when he was in the same situation.
Family Ties
Lulu and Ethan run into Lucky and Elizabeth at Kelly's. Elizabeth apologizes to Ethan for being standoffish, explaining that her attitude was because of Rebecca, whom she doesn't like and doesn't trust. Alas, today, there will be no meeting of minds between Lucky and Ethan either. They get into an argument right away. Lulu can only sigh.
Horror Movie
Rebecca has a DVD for her and Nikolas to watch. It's a horror film that she's seen a million times, but she apparently loves acting frightened. At one point, however, she screams for real - she sees Ethan watching them from outside. Nikolas wonders why she screamed at the only romantic part of the movie. She announces that she's a little freaked out and wants to take a bath. She meets Ethan outside. Ethan reminds her that Nikolas is the mark. Rebecca kisses him to let him know that she has her priorities straight. But she doesn't. Neither, it appears, does Nikolas. When Elizabeth drops by, he informs her that he's going to ask Rebecca to move in with him.
