Girls (and Boys) Just Want to Have Fun
Rebecca is surprised by Nikolas' response to her suggestion of an engagement party for his brother and Elizabeth. He then realizes that everything he says sounds suspicious, so he agrees to think about it. Rebecca so wants to be part of the old Emily-Nikolas-Elizabeth-Lucky foursome of years gone by, with her replacing Emily as per usual. Nikolas excuses himself to take care of some business.
Elizabeth is extremely embarrassed as Luke tells her that he knows about her and Nikolas. He advises her to be truthful with Lucky. Elizabeth asks Luke not to say anything to Lucky. She and Lucky have worked very hard to get back what they had. She swears that she will stay away from Nikolas. Oh, yes, and where have we heard that one before? In fact, it's a good thing she didn't swear on her own life or the life of one of her children because she's facing Nikolas at Windemere like two seconds later. She is nearly hysterical as she yells at Nikolas for discussing their relationship with Luke. Near hysterics give way to hysterics as Elizabeth admits that she wants to feel for Lucky the passion that she feels for Nikolas.
Patrick arrives home to find cold beer awaiting him from his ex-girlfriend Lisa, as he rway of thanking him for consulting on a patient. Mac, Coleman, and Matt show up and the four have a boys' night out. Robin hits up Mac to babysit, but he can't, and she looks annoyed. Louise makes an appearance, and now Robin really looks miffed. Louise knows about Lisa's gift and came by to see if it arrived. Patrick asks Robin to take some video of all of them so that he can send it to Lisa. I'd throw the camera at him. She doesn't, though.
They Say Everyone Has a Double
Jason stares at the photo of Claudia left for him, absorbing the meaning - someone saw something. How very unpleasant. Spinelli walks in, and Jason explains that he needs to know where the photo came from. Of course, in order for Spinelli to do this, Jason needs to give him the background - and tell him the truth. Spinelli's jaw drops when he learns that Michael killed Claudia. He then sits at the computer and starts trying to figure things out. Sam arrives, filled with excitement - they have a security job for an art show sponsored by Kate Howard!
Cut to that "Mad World" artist, who has a Claudia double on the floor, eyes closed. Her eyes open, and she asks if she can stand up, as she's really getting stiff. A voice message can be heard in the background - it's an agent, telling the artist that he's going to be in Kate Howard's art show and advising him that this time, he can't pull anything funny.
Jason rushes over to the restaurant to show Sonny the photo. Sonny wants the person out of the way before people find out that Michael killed Claudia. Jason goes back home and consults with Sam. She thinks that Jason hasn't heard of the last of the photographer.
Maxie Holds Firm with Lucky, and Maxie Holds Firm with Spinelli
Maxie tells Lucky that she didn't see a thing the night that Claudia was killed. Lucky stares at her; he knows her pretty well, and he knows that she's lying. He lets her know that he may have to subpoena her, and then she'll have to be truthful. Maxie returns to Crimson. It turns out that she engineered the security job for McCall and Jackel. Spinelli doesn't want to do it, but Maxie insists. Spinelli explains that he has some very pressing work, at which point, Maxie becomes offended, adding that he's being unsupportive of her and her career.
Domte Has Quite a Reaction After Lulu Nearly Gives Him Up to Sonny
Domte hears Lulu asking Sonny what he'd do if a cop was trying to get info on him. Sonny chuckles. That's not an answer she wants to hear. Sonny thinks that Lulu is talking about Lucky, and claims that no cop has ever gotten dirt on him and that no cop ever will. Domte manages not to react. Sonny sends Lulu out so that he can speak with Domte. Once Domte is dismissed and sees Lulu, he gives her hell. Was she going to turn him in? Lulu confesses that she doesn't know what she was doing; she just knows that she didn't mention Domte to Sonny. She wants him to quit the assignment. Domte's answer is a kiss, a major one. How angry can he be?
