Sonny has a fit when Carly produces a document asking his to sign over his parental rights of Michael and Morgan to her. He absolutely refuses and informs her that he will see Morgan the next day.
Jax and Kate talk about their situations with Carly and Sonny, respectively. Both want their relationships to work out. Kate goes to Sonny to give moral support to him. He is complimentary of how beautiful she looks, and he acts politely towards her, but it goes no further. Carly rushes home and has sex with Jax, possibly because she feels guilty over what happened with Sonny in the limo (the sex). Jax takes off, however, leaving Carly a note that he needs some time. Carly pays Jason a visit.
Nikolas intends to turn Claudia over to PCPD when the telephone service is restored. Until then, he's stuck with her.
In the cabin, Elizabeth declares her feelings for Jason and how much she wants to be with him. He feels the same way about her, but it can never be.
As Trevor has arranged, Luke is arrested for money laundering. Tracy accompanies him to PCPD, where Alexis cooly announces that she will release Luke on his own recognizance. Of course, she knows he'll bolt.
