I thought she was in negotiations!! She must have really been committed, to be able to take such a long time off of work. The end result was worth it though…we missed Alexis!
She may well have been in contract negotiations, though if her contract wasn’t up, she should still have been working. She did indeed travel in support of Obama.
I guess if the show wants to make her happy, they will allow her to do her own thing, so that they show her how flexible they will be with her if she stays?
I doubt the show missed her much. They were busy getting rid of Jerry Jax, and so nobody will think too much of what this should mean to Alexis, they thought it was better that we just didn’t see her for a few weeks. Then, nobody misses Jerry, except Jax and he’s busy with real estate. Very exciting. I love the Alexis character but with Jerry gone I don’t see much for her to do, except serve papers on mobsters and lose in court to Diane. A pity.
