Author Alina Adams, who wrote the New York Times best-selling As The World Turns and Guiding Light tie-in books "Oakdale Confidential," "The Man From Oakdale," and "Jonathan's Story" has requested your help.

Her newest project is: Soap Opera 451: A Time Capsule of Daytime Drama's Greatest Moments.

Ms. Adams would like soap fans to contact her with an answer to the following question: Which one moment from the past seventy-five years of broadcasting would you pick to demonstrate daytime drama at the very top of its game?

The finished book will be an electronic app, with the clips embedded right in the text, so that you can read about the scene, then immediately watch it on your computer/iPhone/iPad etc. You can read more about it here.

I gave her my opinion, which is the opinion I think most fans would give. Please contact Ms. Adams at alina.adams@gmail.com if you wish to contribute.

Why kill Jake off?
When that would have been a perfect story line as the child grew up.

I have an idea that you can savage the story line; you how the way you switch the Brenda for Sam while in the car. Why can you switch the child, neither of the parents went into to the hospital room to look at Jake. I assure he was cover in blood and was the cloths also. Franko/Thero has the weird thing for Jason, pull a switch with the child by changing the cloths and taking one leaving the other. Who lured him out to the street anyway, that is a big question also.

Hopefully, Sam will have a child with Jason. That should fill a gap! Who’s going to actually raise the child, though? Oh that’s right, the Quatermains can raise the child.
