Patrick is glad to see that Spinelli is better and asks if he can go onto the computer. The Jackal is ready. Patrick wants Anna to record a heartfelt 'marry Patrick' message on the Internet for him.
Maxie trounces around General Hospital and really hasn't the time to discuss whether or not Robin should marry Patrick, so she just tells her cousin to go ahead and marry him. She sees Patrick and Matt fighting over Spinelli's case, Patrick believing Matt botched the surgery and Matt believing the drugs were fakes. Maxie follows Matt to a warehouse. He spots her and jumps her from behind. Jerry steps in, gun in hand, but Maxie assures him that Matt won't hurt her. When Jerry leaves, Maxie and Matt argue. He claims to be there to find out who is behind the counterfeit drug ring. Jerry, hiding nearby, hears him.
Sonny and Kate are on the island, and Kate makes it clear that if they go gambling, he's not to rig the tables in her favor. When they return from the casino, Kate is furious because she won. Sonny swears he didn't cheat. They go back and forth.
Lulu tells her mother the story of the night Logan was killed. Laura comforts and holds Lulu, counseling her that she did what she had to do. She also explains to Lulu that, although Lulu might have been afraid of going crazy, mother and daughter are not alike. Laura says that she's the way she is because of the way she grew up, that she has pockets of times of trouble that she doesn't remember. She assures Lulu that she's a stronger person.
Johnny and Claudia are discussing killing Anthony when he is wheeled in. Ric enters and informs Anthony that he not only has to leave, but he has to stop interfering or he will make things worse for Johnny.
Jax presents Karpov with a ticket to Mother Russia, one way and shows him that his visa has been revoked. Karpov doesn't look happy. At least he's flying first class. Say what you want, Jax isn't cheap.
Elizabeth invites Jason to her studio for a meeting. She asks about Sasha, and Jason tells her the whole scenario is ridiculous. Elizabeth admits that the thought of him with someone else made her very jealous. It wasn't just Jason being with another woman - it was that other woman having the freedom to be with him without Jason believing he is putting her in danger. Elizabeth is blunt - she doesn't want to walk through the rest of her life "like a ghost" because she can't be with the man she loves. She is willing to see him in secret. Jason says that he thinks about her every day. They kiss.
