Sonny and Jason try to talk normally while waiting for the wedding to begin. Jason tells Sonny that he will always be grateful to him for everything. Sonny at that point is no longer looking at him and doesn't reply, so Jason moves away.
Robin finally calls the hospital looking for Patrick and learns that he checked out an hour and a half earlier. How no one knows surgery is going on is beyond me. Edward is out in the church predicting disaster. If Robin thinks Patrick has bolted, she doesn't let on. She asks for some privacy, as it's time for her to get into her dress. She then goes into the church and, standing in front of the congregation, asks for their patience. She promises them that there will be a wedding. Edward at that point tries to leave but is stopped.
Patrick and Matt work successfully on Anthony. Matt picks up that Anthony's leg twitches, so Anthony may not be able to pull his wheelchair act once he's well.
Luke and Tracy landed in a field, but Tracy wasn't happy about it. The two are still fighting when they get to Shadybrook. There they learn that Laura and Lulu are gone. As soon as Luke hear's the name Scott Baldwin, he knows immediately what happened. He charters a plane for Los Angeles, where Laura and Scott had their honeymoon. Tracy accompanies him, feeling somewhat strange - with Laura awake, her marriage is in danger. Luke tells Tracy that he loves her. Tracy expects him to tell Laura that they're married. But she realizes it won't be that easy, and that Luke will have to choose between herself and Laura. Tracy suspects that she'll be the loser.
Laura has some lovely new clothes and is in a beautiful hotel room with Scott in LA, but she's not into the whole thing. Scott reminisces, and Laura tries - but she was a kid, and those memories seem like a century ago. What the heck can Scott be thinking? She's a grown woman now with three children and has gone through a very intense second marriage. However, she's stuck as long as he threatens her with Laura. She's more stuck than she knows - he's still carrying around the marriage certificate. As they go out to eat and look around, Tracy and Luke, disguised as Dutch tourists, are registering. Luke has Scott's credit card information and knows where he and Laura are staying.
While Johnny and Claudia wait at the hospital, Johnny tells his sister that he thinks she wrote the anonymous notes to Lulu. Claudia denies it.
Nikolas, Lulu, and Lucky go to Lesley's house to try to get information about where Scott could have taken their mother. Lesley tells them that Scott and Laura were once in love, that things weren't always adversarial. She tries to think of where Scott might have taken Laura; eventually, she remembers LA. The Spencer/Cassadine crowd takes off in pursuit.
Patrick rushes in, out of breath, as Robin stands at the altar talking to the guests. Matt, who gave him a ride, is with him, and Robin asks him to stay for the wedding. He does. Robin is happy to stay at the altar, but Mac insists that she walk down the aisle. Just as the priest begins the ceremony, Robin tells Patrick that her water just broke.
